What You’ll Do



  • Lead & Oversee Platform Operations – Ensure Oracle AML batches run smoothly, SLAs are met, and issues are quickly resolved.

  • Optimize & Automate – Drive automation of manual tasks, improve processes, and re-engineer Oracle batches in partnership with engineering teams.

  • Incident Management – Manage bridges during system incidents, coordinate responses, and ensure effective resolutions.

  • Documentation & Testing – Keep DR documentation current, plan and execute disaster recovery tests, and maintain runbooks.

  • Strategic Delivery – Plan and oversee infrastructure patches, environment changes, and production improvements.
