Overview Of Role
Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the Senior Manager, Pay Equity & Compensation Governance is accountable for the governance and ongoing compliance of the organization’s pay equity and compensation practices across federal and applicable provincial jurisdictions. This role provides strategic leadership on pay equity legislation and compensation governance, ensuring compliance while supporting the business strategy, and disclosure/reporting requirements.Key DeliverablesLead full compliance with the Federal Pay Equity Act and applicable provincial pay equity legislation, including project, team and Committee management, implementation, maintenance cycles, annual statements, and ongoing monitoring; ensure audit readiness and timely submissions.Partner with Total Rewards to ensure base pay, variable and incentive programs, step-rate structures, and union-negotiated pay align with pay equity requirements and compensation governance standards.Develop financial mod...
