Role Description

 In this role, you will: Lead and manage a team of 12, with 3 direct reports, responsible for the execution, documentation and oversight of daily and periodic regulatory reporting controls, including breach management, escalation, and remediation. 

Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of OTC trade reporting across G20 jurisdictions, including CFTC, SEC, OSC, HKMA, MAS, ASIC, ESMA, and FCA.

Maintain strong, up to date knowledge of global OTC regulatory reporting requirements and related control expectations.

Work closely with Business Risk Management, Technology, Compliance, Regulatory Business Initiatives as well as other stakeholders to support key business objectives. 

Drive change initiatives to strengthen regulatory reporting controls, enhance monitoring, and incorporate meaningful metrics into management reporting.
