Senior Manager, Subsidiary Governance Office Canada

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Subsidiary Governance Office (SGO) Canada to join a dynamic governance and legal operations team supporting 90+ Canadian subsidiaries.

This contract role will provide coverage during a parental leave while contributing to critical governance oversight, board support, and corporate compliance initiatives.
