Leading and coaching a high-performing TA team focused on Technology recruitment

Partnering with senior leaders and HR to design and execute competitive hiring strategies

Establishing and maintaining KPIs, recruitment dashboards, and forecasting tools to measure team performance and hiring outcomes.

Enhancing process efficiency and candidate experience across the hiring journey

Building a culture of learning, development, and inclusion within the team
