The opportunity

Unity is seeking a strong UX Design Leader to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Marketplace organization. This is a high‑impact leadership role with a broad scope, overseeing the end‑to‑end journey from the first marketing touchpoint to the deepest layers of our commerce and learning ecosystems.

You will lead a global team of talented UX designers, shaping how millions of creators discover, learn about, and purchase Unity's suite of products and services. From the initial marketing impression to the Unity.com website, the learning pathways, and the complex commerce stack—including licensing, entitlements, and asset acquisition—you will ensure a seamless, connected, and strategic experience across the entire organization.
