Senior Manufacturing Supervisor

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery targets.
+ Plan and review production work orders, determining labor, material, and time requirements to support efficient execution.
+ Ensure equipment and machinery are in proper working condition, partnering with maintenance teams to address preventive and corrective needs.
+ Confirm materials are available at the production line and resolve material flow issues in collaboration with materials and scheduling teams.
+ Verify completed work orders are properly assembled, packed, quality-approved, and accurately recorded in the system for shipping or warehousing.
+ Provide direct leadership to operators, supporting adherence to assembly and testing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
