Senior Measurement Technologist

Primary Purpose of Position

Sinopec Canada has a unique opportunity for a Senior Measurement Technologist to join our Production Engineering and Measurement Team. Reporting to the Manager, Production Engineering and Measurement, this role is responsible for providing support to the production, facilities, and production accounting departments with measurement related issues and ensure compliance to evolving regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide measurement and instrumentation technical support to engineering, field operations, and production accounting.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal measurement policy, including field practices, preferred equipment lists and procedures.
• Maintain and expand measurement schematics to meet regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and support Fuel, Flare & Vent system as well as data collection and reporting.
