Senior Mining Engineer Saskatoon

Overview

Job description: Lead the full lifecycle of capital projects ($500K to >$5M) from early-stage study to final commissioning. You will drive end-to-end ownership of brownfield industrial projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while supporting the global transition to low-carbon nuclear power.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage mid-to-large scale projects using PMI principles and internal frameworks.
• Execution & Control: Develop project plans, monitor KPIs, and manage performance using MS Project and SAP.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with Engineering and Design leads to review technical documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Procurement & Contracts: Author Scopes of Work (SOW), review tender documents, and lead contract negotiations/administration.
