Job Summary

This role owns the NetSuite development function, maintaining existing customizations and managing the development backlog. Working closely with the NetSuite Administrator and cross‑functional stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and Operations, the developer delivers system enhancements and ensures optimal ERP performance. The position is independent, requiring strong ownership, accountability, and problem‑solving skills.

Work Setup & Collaboration

• Daily overlap with US Pacific Time (2–3 hours) for stakeholder collaboration.
• Morning Philippines time with US afternoon, or evening Philippines time with US morning.
