- Data warehouse maintenance
- Use cutting edge technology and visualization tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Report Builder, etc. to
- deliver ad-hoc requests.
- Masters Service Now, organizational CRM tool.
- Documents, highlights/escalates CRM/ITSM tool issues.
- Knowledge transfer with other team members to improve overall team education level and productivity.
- Ensure the quality of the deliverables as per the defined defects standards and excelling within that.
- Customer focus and close alignment with the business objectives.
