Operations Team Lead – Milton

Short Term Contract: 4 Weeks, with potential to extend.

$28 – $33 per hour, based on experience.

Shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Location: Milton, ON – James Snow Parkway / Regional Rd.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior leaders to improve customer satisfaction, distribution performance, and customer retention.
• Collaborate with internal departments to drive continuous process improvement.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve a wide range of issues, providing quick and decisive solutions within existing policies and identifying the need for policy revision or creation.
• Assess warehouse management technologies to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency in the distribution center.
• Direct overall safety functions of the distribution center.
