Role Description

Key Responsibilities:  
Lead end-to-end payroll & FnF processing  for India & Middle east, including statutory compliance. 
Support payroll operations for the Middle East region ; prior experience is an added advantage. 
Lead monthly pay run reconciliations  and ensure timely execution. 
Liaise with outsourced payroll vendors  to ensure smooth and compliant payroll delivery. 
Perform Gross-to-Net calculations  and reconcile payroll accounts. 
Strong knowledge of Income tax & exemptions . 
Handle incident/ticket management  for payroll-related queries. 
Handle and maintain documentation for internal and external audits . 
Ensure adherence to Travelex policies  and local regulatory requirements. 
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks  as required.
