Senior Performance Test Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Define and execute performance test strategy, estimation, execution, and reporting
• Perform load, stress, and endurance testing across complex applications
• Analyze application architecture & deployment topology
• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations
• Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and metrics reporting
• Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders in Agile/SDLC environments

Preferred candidate profile

• 710 years of experience in Performance Testing
• Strong handson experience with LoadRunner and JMeter
• Experience with protocols: Web, Web Services, Ajax, TruClient, RTE, Winsock
• Monitoring & analysis using tools like Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, BMC Truesight
