Title: Senior Principal Engineer (HFE) Job Responsibilities:- + Independently develop the Human Factor Engineering (HFE) plan (design and construction phases), HFE Philosophy (including working environment) and HFE specification, etc. + Participate in and provide human factors support to review any identified risks, hazards from Hazard and Effects Management Process (HEMP) activities (e.

HAZID, HAZOP, ALARP demonstrations) that depends on human controls to ensure ALARP in design for human reliability during operation and maintenance + Participate in and provide human factors inputs HFE workshops/reviews including Valve Criticality Analysis (VCA), Safety Critical Task Analysis (SCTA), Task Analysis for Distributed Control System (DCS) Human Machine Interface (HMI) graphics design, ALARP in various HFE aspects, etc.
