Job Summary

As a Senior Process Engineer, you analyze, develop and implement improvements in highly automated production processes to sustainably increase quality, yield and efficiency. Job Responsibilities

Analyze existing production processes to formulate, develop, test and implement process improvements and solve current issues

Optimize production systems with a strong focus on OEE, quality and yield

Define, implement and safeguard process standards

Identify and prioritize bottlenecks and production issues using data-driven analysis

Define success criteria and perform thorough problem analyses using structured problem‑solving techniques
