Senior Process Engineer

Overview

GlobalFoundries (GF) is a semiconductor foundry with a global footprint. We manufacture complex, feature-rich integrated circuits and enable billions of electronic devices. This role is based in GF Malaysia, Penang, and supports global fab operations with real-time engineering resources, monitoring production processes, performance metrics and tool uptime to provide round-the-clock support.

What You Will Do

• Sustain production line, SPC/FDC monitoring, CPK improvement, and troubleshooting support for process and tool issues.
• Support Process CIP (continuous improvement projects) to improve process robustness, cost and capacity efficiency through:
• Develop new process recipes for new/existing technologies.
• Improve process performance indices using big data analytics, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
