Reporting to the Bentley Open Applications Division COO, the Senior Product Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in enabling high‑performing, empowered product teams. This role partners closely with division leaders, product managers, and development managers to shape and scale best‑practice ways of working across the product lifecycle.

This is a highly influential individual contributor role where you will combine hands‑on coaching with organizational-level impact.
