Senior Product Support Engineer — Cloud Risk Platform

Feedzai is seeking a Senior Product Support Engineer to serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing and resolving complex technical issues in our cloud-based financial crime prevention platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and a customer-centric attitude, ensuring that customer issues are addressed efficiently.

You will troubleshoot issues, escalate critical problems, and contribute to the continuous improvement of support documentation. Candidates should have 4–7 years of experience in a technical support role and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
