Role Description

The scope of services includes General Consultancy works for Gurugram Metro Rail Project, based at Gurugram, Haryana, India. Role extensively involves supporting client in review and supervision works.
Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and progress trackers. 
Monitor project performance against timelines, budgets, and quality standards. 
Present weekly and monthly progress reports to senior management. Maintain documentation related to project activities and approvals.
Prepare and monitor overall project implementation schedules. 
Ensure timely execution of metro construction, systems, and operational activities. 
Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and government authorities. 
Track project milestones and identify delays or risks.
Review contractor deliverables and compliance with contract conditions.
