Lead the Data Management activities related to the PMIS implementation, including data migration, cleansing, and consolidation. Develop and implement data quality standards and best practices to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with various departments to ensure data quality is maintained and enhanced across disparate data sources.
