Role Description

Senior Project Developer – Data Centers & Renewables
Location: Milan, Italy
We’re looking for an experienced Project Developer to lead the development of large-scale data center projects across Italy and Western Europe. This is a hands-on role, taking projects from site identification through to ready-to-build, with a particular focus on power strategy and grid connections.

Responsibilities:
Identify and secure sites for data center projects, either greenfield or through co-development with partners.

Lead grid connection applications and work with utilities to secure capacity.

Structure and negotiate PPAs and other power supply agreements to ensure projects are supported by long-term renewable energy.

Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
