Senior Project Manager

We are seeking to engage with a client focused, professional and entrepreneurial Senior Project Manager who wishes to join a proactive team. Working across career defining projects in Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education and Commercial industries, you will join the Colliers team benefiting from exposure to all manner of clients. The primary responsibility will initially be to act as the landlord's representative in overseeing the requirements of a Commonwealth Agreement for Lease (AFL) on a major project in Canberra. Experience with managing AFLs or precommitment leases is preferred, given the complexity of coordinating stakeholders and serving as the main point of contact between the Landlord/Developer, Tenant, and Head Contractor.
