Senior Project Manager – MEMS Development

We are looking for an experienced project leader with a background in MEMS or advanced manufacturing to lead high‑impact development programs and help elevate the performance of our Project Management Office.

Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of planning and executing complex MEMS development projects, guiding them from concept through to manufacturing. You will lead cross‑functional teams of engineers and scientists, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality. Beyond execution, you’ll play a key role in improving how we work – enhancing project management systems, strengthening team effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
