Senior Project Manager

**Position Title : Senior Project Manager (Enablement Services - Workforce Software)**

**Position Purpose :** Empowering the partner community through education, support and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **_Project Execution & Delivery_** – Oversee partner-led implementations, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget.
+ **_Issue Resolution_** – Act as the main point of contact for delivery issues, risks, and escalations.
+ **_Partner Enablement_** _–_ Guide partners through project onboarding, best practices, and implementation methodologies.
+ **_Process Improvement_** – Analyze partner delivery trends and refine processes for better deployments.
+ **_Stakeholder Communication_** – Align internal teams, manage expectations, and report on project status.
+ **_Technical Resource Connection_** **–** Ensure partners access the right technical support at key milestones.
