Senior Project Manager/ Scrum Master

What is the opportunity? Reporting to the Custody Domain Program Director, the Senior Project Manager, WII Business Technology is responsible for managing the initiation, planning, and execution of waterfall/agile projects. The role requires expertise in managing vendor deliverables, integration, data, and reporting, and building relationships across IT, Vendor, and Business stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Manage program initiatives, sometimes with multiple workstreams that may be overseen by other PMs or Scrum Masters.

Apply experience and knowledge to execute a variety of assignments.

Act as a liaison, building collaboration among team members and vendors, including RBC IT teams and product partners.

Develop and manage detailed schedules, identify early warning indicators, and provide direction for early resolution of risks and issues, with a clear escalation path for project committees.
