Pay: $130,000 - $180,000

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all construction management activities associated with multifamily residential developments, including design development coordination, budgeting, procurement support, consultant and trade coordination, schedule management, contract administration, and project execution.

Working closely with ownership, consultants, trade contractors, and internal leadership, the successful candidate will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within established financial objectives.

In addition to active project oversight, the role will support the continued development of regional subcontractor relationships, procurement strategies, and operational systems as the company expands throughout Ontario.
