Senior Project Purchasing Engineer_ M

1. Project management purchasing for platform/application projects;

2. Responsible for projects target cost fulfillment;

3. Lead technical discussion together with Supplier & Engineer & PMQ

4. Responsible for RPP (Cost saving) projects planning and realization.

5. Responsible for ECR (Change management) in purchasing

• Technical background, favorably w/ experience in metal components (casting, fording…)
• Project Management experience
• Strong  target cost orientation
• Willingness to take a high degree of responsibility including using full empowerment to take decisions
• Ability to think out of the box
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Fluency in Chinese and English language
