Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

Purpose

The Senior Test Automation (TA) Engineer is a key technical leader who balances strategic initiatives with hands‑on collaboration, splitting time between QA work and strategic TA. They propose new TA strategies via Proof‑of‑Concepts (POCs) and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). They are a primary mentor for other TA engineers and work closely with DevOps to ensure a stable and efficient CI/CD pipeline.

Accountabilities

• Own Full‑Stack Quality:  Independently own the end‑to‑end quality process for a feature team, including designing test strategies, executing manual tests, and leading the team’s formal verification efforts.
• Design and Implement Automation:  Design and implement robust and maintainable automated tests for complex features. Submit all work for peer review via Pull Requests.
