Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry, with strong expertise in cost management, contract administration, tendering, and commercial management of projects. Candidates of Sri Lankan nationality will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects from inception to completion.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and negotiate contract terms.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and cash flow forecasts.
