Role Description

 We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven  Senior Quantity Surveyor  to join our dynamic construction team at our Waikanae site!
 This role will be responsible for managing all costs associated with assigned projects, from agreed feasibility budget through to the final account settlement. Projects include civil and infrastructure works, residential building, village centres and larger apartment buildings.
 To be successful in this role you will need to possess a strong eye for detail and the ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
  Who/what are we looking for? 
 Extensive Quantity Surveying experience, approximately 8-10 years as a construction QS, dealing with civil & infrastructure works and commercial builds
 Up to date knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies, and typologies
 Relevant Tertiary Qualification. Preferably BSc Quantity Surveying
