Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Calgary. This position will lead the full lifecycle of talent acquisition for all Canadian operations, acting as the primary strategic advisor to hiring managers across the country.

The ideal candidate will utilize modern recruitment tools and methodologies, including advanced sourcing techniques and professional networking, to build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent. Based in the Calgary office, this role requires periodic travel (minimally on a quarterly, as-needed basis) to the Toronto office to foster relationships with hiring managers and align recruitment efforts with national business objectives.

Pay rate: $45.50
