Senior Reliability Lab Engineer for EV Power Modules

Onsemi in Seremban is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join the Global Reliability Labs. In this role, you will perform reliability evaluations for new drivetrain power module products in the automotive market. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or Physics and at least 2 years of experience in reliability lab engineering. Responsibilities include designing hardware, conducting reliability tests, and ensuring high-quality stress data supports engineering conclusions.
