Senior Reporting Analyst

**Role: Senior Reporting Analyst – Center of Excellence (Pune, India)**

**In this role you will...**

+ **Own OTC KPI reporting, including ARR and related SaaS metrics.**
+ **Validate and reconcile ARR/OTC data** across **Salesforce (SFDC)** reporting datasets and **Oracle** , resolving issues tied to **completeness, timing, hierarchy mapping, and definition alignment** .
+ **Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards/scorecards** in **Tableau and/or Power BI** , including **scheduled and automated reporting** .
+ **Coordinate reporting intake and prioritization** : clarify requirements, size effort, prioritize requests, track status, and communicate **timelines, risks, and dependencies** .
+ **Support month-end/quarter-end close** with variance analysis, reconciliation support, and on-time delivery of required reporting outputs.
