Senior Retail Manager

We’re working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced retail supervisors who can help train their latest language model on retail management and team supervision tasks. We’re looking for senior supervisors and store managers with 5+ years in high-volume retail environments at top retailers to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core retail supervision workflows.

Qualification

• Retail supervisor or store manager with 5+ years at a top national or luxury retaile
• Strong expertise in team management, sales floor operations, and customer servic
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Required Skills

5+ years in high-volume retail environments at top retailers.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: $50/hour

Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $1k/week)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
