Role Description

 Our leading international client is currently searching for a number of Senior SiC Process Engineers to join the Silicon Carbide development team to develop modules and wafer fabrication processes for the power products. Working on product development projects will be part of the role as well as conducting process optimisation projects within the fab. Investigating competitor processes and technologies will be an important part of the role.
 
 Required skills for the Senior SiC Process Engineer will include:
 Strong semiconductor device and SiC process knowledge
 Wafer fab process experience
 Strong communication and organisation skills
 Master’s degree in engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics
