Senior Site EHS Manager, NACF WHS

This role partners with the site‑level operations team to execute company WHS policies and ensure compliance with all applicable local and regional regulations. Leveraging lean principles and Kaizen events, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk, ensuring a safe and healthful working environment for our associates.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME of local/regional regulations and company WHS policy.
• Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance to all applicable Amazon Safety Policies.
• Measure site performance against published requirements in safety policies and identify corrective action plans for deficiencies.
