Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Continuous Delivery)

The Continuous Delivery team works within Developer Productivity to build and improve platforms, workflows, and guardrails that help engineers ship code quickly, safely, and with confidence.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team, guiding engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems and ensuring team members are supported throughout delivery.

Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to participate in ideation, articulate technical constraints, and partner on decisions that balance risks and trade‑offs.

Proactively identify project, process, technology, or business issues, advocate for them, and lead in solving them.
