Senior Software Engineer, Design Systems

Team Duplo is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape the customer experience across Smartly. You’ll work on customer onboarding, dashboards, and Design System adoption, helping create a consistent and intuitive experience across our platform. As part of the Platform Functionality (Media) product group, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product partners to improve how customers discover value in Smartly and become long-term successful users.

What You Will Do

• Extend and maintain Smartly’s Design System library to support consistent user experiences across the platform.
• Partner with designers to improve UI development workflows, tooling, and collaboration practices.
• Drive Design System adoption across existing product areas by improving shared components and implementation patterns.
