Key Responsibilities

• Help lead the design and development of scalable full stack systems using React (frontend) and Ruby on Rails (backend)
• Own complex features end-to-end—from ideation to production—focused on Hiring Assistant workflows
• Architect and evolve systems that support AI‑driven hiring experiences (screening, matching, automation)
• Integrate and apply AI/LLM tools, agents, and automation frameworks to improve product capability and team velocity
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Data to deliver fast, high‑quality outcomes
