Senior Software Engineer

A Senior Software Engineer is sought by this global semiconductor company to be based at their R+D Centre near Amsterdam. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the development of next generation software for use in robotics, machine learning and UI design and algorithms. Working as part of a team the Senior Software Engineer will have a customer focused attitude with a commitment to producing high quality software including troubleshooting software issues around embedded software control systems.

Having completed your technical education, you will have gained a minimum of 5 years of hands on software development experience. This will include strong C, modern C++ or Java ( knowledge preferably gained in a multi-threaded real time environment. Any exposure to writing device drivers, interrupt driven software or developing embedded software for complex machinery would be beneficial.
