Job Description
Lead, mentor, and grow a software engineering team in Hyderabad building modern full-stack AWS applications.
Provide architectural guidance, enforce engineering standards, and champion GenAI adoption across products and processes.
Applications include backend (Python/FastAPI) and frontend (React/TypeScript), as well as some Java and Springboot.
Champion engineering best practices: clean architecture, design patterns, maintainability, test automation, CI/CD, and DevSecOps principles.
Lead agile ceremonies, drive GenAI integration, and maintain strong 3rd-line support and stakeholder relationships.
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic AWS applications serving internal customers and regional teams.
Build trusted partner relationships, hire contractors and employees, apply agile best practices, and embed GenAI capabilities into both the development lifecycle and the products.
