You will help customers transform how they engage, sell, and serve using SAP Customer Experience solutions. Your impact will include:
Owning the Customer Experience strategy for key accounts, aligning customer goals to clear transformation roadmaps.

Leading end‑to‑end value discovery, shaping compelling solution proposals grounded in measurable business outcomes.

Generating and progressing pipeline across Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing, Customer Data and CPQ.

Driving innovation and AI adoption by introducing new capabilities early and influencing customer direction.

Building strong C‑suite and partner relationships to accelerate decision‑making and expand SAP’s footprint.
