Role Description

Our client is seeking a Senior SPO Delivery Lead responsible for leading enterprise SharePoint Online migration and digital workplace delivery initiatives, ensuring structured rollout, governance, adoption, and compliance across the organization. (Hybrid, Calgary)

Must Have skills
5+ years Project Management experience delivering technology or digital-workplace projects 
PMP certified (or in progress) 
3+ large SharePoint migrations (100+ sites each), including on-prem/DFS to SharePoint Online 
Knowledge of M365 / SharePoint Online site architecture, permissions, metadata, and modern site design 
Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for work management 
Strong stakeholder communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and end-user change/adoption

Nice to have skills
Familiarity with migration tools such as ShareGate or equivalent
