(Senior) Strategic Sourcing Engineer

Molex is seeking an experienced semiconductor OSAT and PCB/PCBA fields sourcing engineer. The candidate must quickly adapt to multinational corporations working style and a dynamic and changeable environment. In addition, this candidate must be able to work independently, with strategic thinking and focus on finding good suppliers, negotiating prices, and developing new materials.

Our Team

Our team: The backend operation team in Taiwan focuses on external suppliers and subcontractors’ production and sourcing tasks management. It must work closely with other operation teams at multiple-locations, such as: Zhu-Hai, China and Freemont, USA and must working closely with internal RD teams as well, such as: PIC devices design, PCB design, and PCBA engineering trial run.
