Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, Merchant Selection Strategy & Pricing

About the Role As a Merchant Selection and Pricing Sr Manager at Uber Eats Canada, you will play a critical role in shaping our merchant selection strategy and designing pricing to influence merchant success and Uber’s overall business performance.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and commercial execution. You will lead the design and implementation of data-driven strategies that balance selection density (having the right restaurants in the right places) with commercial sustainability. You will be the architect of our merchant portfolio, ensuring we have a competitive, high-quality selection that drives eater frequency while maintaining healthy business economics.
