Overview

Our client, an engineering firm specializing in renewable energy, water, and environmental solutions, is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead analysis and design of concrete and steel structures for hydroelectric and water resource projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role serves as a Project Manager or Technical Lead, overseeing multiple projects, deliverables, and client relationships. The position requires strong expertise in structural design, codes and standards, and modeling tools such as SAP2000, RISA-3D, and Revit. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience, proven leadership of engineering teams, and the ability to support projects from design through construction. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience coordinating with clients, contractors, and regulatory processes are essential.
