*About This Position What You´ll Do** Plan and manage the replenishment of finished goods across various European countries (full planning responsibility for a specific technology portfolio within the region) Actively contribute to weekly planning cycles, Supply Reviews, S&OP meetings, and cross-functional project boards Develop and review Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) Collaborate closely with Henkel production plants, and cross-functional teams (Production, Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Packaging) Make informed allocation proposals based on market needs and business priorities Monitor and manage inventory health, including optimization of stock levels, slow movers, scrapping, and obsoletes Monitor and manage service Product Availability and overall efficient End-to-End Supply Chain Proactively manage service level issues, supply shortages, and bottlenecks, escalating when necessary Analyze the supply network to identify constraints or underutilized capacity, pro...
