Affinity Children’s Care Ltd has 2 therapeutic EBD children's residential homes in the Walsall together with a further 2 homes in Castleford, West Yorkshire who are dedicated to supporting young people aged 8 to 18 who have faced significant traumatic experiences. Summary
We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team aAffinity Children's Care to play a vital role in supporting our young people's emotional well-being and development, adapting to the PACE model and therapeutic parenting to align with our mission to foster safe and nurturing environments.
Hours of Work
The hours of work are at 56.5 hours per week/244.5 hours per month inclusive of sleeps (07:30-10:30 plus sleep and half an hour handover the next day 07:30-08:00). Working hours average at...
