Role Description

Job Description
The Senior Tax & Compliance Officer, is responsible to manage all tax obligations of the company, including preparation and timely submission of IRPC, IRPS, IVA and withholding tax returns to the Autoridade Tributária de Mocambique (AT) and other taxes.
Ensure full compliance with Mozambican tax legislation and all applicable regulatory frameworks, including INSS and labour law obligations and provide strategic tax and compliance advisory to the Chief Accountant and senior management on business decisions, contracts and transactions.
Responsabilities
Prepare, review and submit all corporate tax returns (IRPC, IRPS, IVA, withholding taxes) accurately and on time and properly supported with fiscal documents;
Manage tax planning strategies to optimise the company's tax position while ensuring full legal compliance;
